Initial Assessment & Consultation
A full foot health assessment for all new patients, with findings explained clearly and a personalised treatment plan before any treatment begins.
Medical Grade Pedicure
A comprehensive 60–90 minute treatment: nail care, corn removal, callus reduction and more, finished with hot towels and moisturising therapy.
General Foot Health Care
Routine maintenance: nail trimming and shaping, reduction of thickened nails where appropriate, and general foot care and hygiene.
Callus Reduction
Safe reduction of thick, hardened skin to relieve discomfort and restore smooth, comfortable feet.
Corn Enucleation & Removal
Professional removal of painful corns from pressure points, with advice on preventing them from returning.
Ingrowing Toenail Treatment

New patients: all new patients must attend an Initial Assessment & Consultation (£45) before any treatment can be carried out.

Initial Assessment & Consultation
A comprehensive foot health assessment for all new patients, including medical history, circulation and neurovascular checks where appropriate, and a full evaluation of skin, nails, and foot structure. Findings are explained clearly and a personalised treatment plan is discussed.
Core Treatments
Medical Grade Pedicure
A comprehensive 60–90 minute treatment with a holistic approach: full assessment, routine nail care, corn removal, callus reduction, treatment of minor ingrowing toenails, reduction of thickened nails where required, and a diabetic neurovascular assessment where appropriate. A 35% urea preparation softens the skin for safe, comfortable removal of hard skin, finished with exfoliation, hot towels, and moisturising therapy.
General Foot Health Care
A routine maintenance treatment focused on general nail care and hygiene for ongoing comfort and prevention: nail trimming and shaping, reduction of thickened nails where appropriate, and general foot care maintenance. Approx. 45–60 minutes. Does not include corn removal, callus reduction, scalpel work, or ingrowing toenail treatment.

Callus Reduction
Professional reduction of thickened, hardened skin to relieve discomfort and restore smooth, healthy feet, using gentle, effective techniques.
Corn Enucleation / Removal
Professional treatment for painful corns that develop on pressure points, ensuring complete, effective removal and helping to prevent their return.
Partial Ingrown Toenail Treatment
A targeted procedure for painful ingrowing toenails: conservative partial nail removal (up to approximately 50% of the affected nail) to remove the ingrown edge and relieve pressure, pain, and inflammation. Aftercare advice provided. Approx. 30–45 minutes.
Verruca Treatment
A targeted treatment for the management of verrucae, tailored to the individual and including specialist topical applications such as Salactol® or Verrutop® where clinically appropriate, with advice on aftercare and ongoing management.
Nail Correction & Reconstruction
Onyfix® Nail Bracing System
A gentle, non-invasive nail correction system for involuted or ingrowing toenails. Onyfix® guides the nail into a natural growth position without pain or tension, and is suitable for most nail types.

Toeflex® Nail Reconstruction
A cosmetic and protective nail reconstruction system for damaged or misshapen toenails. Toeflex® restores appearance while allowing the natural nail to grow underneath. Usually performed following a Medical Grade Pedicure.

Fungal Nail Management
Fungal Nail Management
A structured treatment programme focused on improving nail health, comfort, and appearance over time, including professional nail debridement and reduction of affected nail tissue. Most commonly carried out as part of a regular 4-week Medical Grade Pedicure programme, with tailored home-care advice. A nail sample test can be arranged where appropriate.
Finishing Touches
Nail Varnish Finish
An optional cosmetic finish applied after treatment, including base coat, colour, and top coat, where clinically appropriate. This is a cosmetic enhancement only and not part of medical foot care.
